EEC Office, please use this interface to manage the calendar. This is not designed to replace your current calendar system but the best people to manage the calendar would be the EEC Office and not the webteam. The template that is was originally setup is "Default-No Add Event Box". This can be subject to change. In any case EEC Office will be notified of any major changes.
